Stephanie Dobbeleare, CMHC, is a dedicated Clinical Mental Health Counselor at Panacea Behavioral Health & Wellness Center. With a strong foundation in education and a commitment to service, she empowers residents throughout the Virginia Beach, Virginia, area to achieve mental and emotional well-being through compassionate, patient-centered care.

Stephanie began her academic journey with an Associate of Science degree from Central Texas College. She then earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Human Services from Old Dominion University, where her dedication to excellence was recognized with the prestigious Jill C. Dustin Excellence in Service & Leadership Award. Building on this strong foundation, Stephanie completed a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Old Dominion University, further honing her expertise and commitment to serving others.

Before her career in mental health, Stephanie served in the United States Navy as an Aviation Ordnance Petty Officer, where she developed resilience and leadership skills. She also gained valuable experience as a Graduate Administrative Assistant in the Counseling and Human Services Department and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Psychology Department at Old Dominion University.

At Panacea Behavioral Health & Wellness Center, Stephanie takes a holistic approach to mental health to help patients achieve optimal well-being. She provides tailored care to address a range of mental health concerns, fostering a supportive environment for growth and healing.

Stephanie is passionate about empowering her clients and helping them navigate life’s challenges with confidence. She is honored to be part of the Panacea Behavioral Health & Wellness Center team.
