Liz Davis, DNP, FNP, PMHNP-BC


Liz Davis, DNP, FNP-BC, AGACNP-BC, PMHNP-BC is a compassionate and highly skilled nurse practitioner with extensive experience in acute and primary care, as well as psychiatric and mental health services. As a provider at Panacea Behavioral Health & Wellness Center, which serves patients across North Carolina, Virginia, Arizona, and Florida, Liz is committed to delivering holistic mental healthcare that prioritizes patient well-being.

Liz earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Florida State University and completed a Post-Master’s Certificate in Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from the University of Pennsylvania. Furthering her expertise, she also obtained a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) post-graduate certificate from Florida State University. Her specialized training includes Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT) certification through the American Psychiatric Nurses Association.

Throughout her career, Liz has excelled in clinical leadership roles, serving as a charge nurse, unit-based research committee chair, and medical emergency team leader. She has also mentored the next generation of healthcare professionals by precepting students and new nurse practitioners.

Liz is an active member of esteemed organizations such as the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA).

At Panacea Behavioral Health & Wellness Center, Liz provides a wide range of mental health and psychiatric services for individuals aged 4 and up, helping them achieve improved mental health and overall quality of life.
